During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days due to increased order volume. We appreciate your patience and will notify you if any unexpected delays occur.
Estimated Shipping Times
Once dispatched, your order will be delivered within the following timeframes, depending on your location:

Order Changes & Accuracy

- If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to update your details.
For system-detected address issues, our support team will reach out via email within 3 business days. If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Delayed Delivery
While we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it is to experience a lost or stolen package. Once your package is handed over to our shipping carrier, Innervi is not responsible for lost or stolen items. However, we are happy to assist you in locating your order.
