Innervi Refund & Return Policy

At Innervi, we’re committed to helping parents carry their toddlers with comfort and confidence. We believe in the effectiveness of our products and encourage you to use them for at least 14 days to fully experience their benefits. If, after 14 days and within our 60-day money-back guarantee, you’re still not satisfied, we’re here to help. Just contact us at hello@innervi.com.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. After that, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to cancel it. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand by our product and its ability to make parenting easier. That’s why we offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. We recommend using your Innervi Toddler Carrier for at least 14 days before requesting a return, to truly feel the difference. If you’re still not satisfied, you may request a return any time between days 15 and 60 from your order date.

Please note: shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

To begin a return, email us at hello@innervi.com or use the contact form on our website. Be sure to include your Order Number, or the name and email address used at checkout.

Damaged Items

We carefully package all items to avoid damage during shipping. We consider an item damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Damaged packaging (e.g. dented box) with an undamaged product does not qualify as a damaged item.

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at hello@innervi.com within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. If eligible, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost.

Please note: we do not refund or replace products damaged through normal use, misuse, or general wear and tear.

Shipping and Delivery

We do our best to deliver orders on time, but delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen factors are out of our control. If you experience a delay, we recommend contacting the courier directly. Innervi is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours. If we’re not notified in time and the address is incorrect, we won’t be able to offer a refund or resend.
