Order Cancellations & Modifications
We understand that sometimes orders need to be adjusted. If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us at hello@innervi.com within 24 hours of placing it. Once this window has passed and the order has entered processing, we may not be able to accommodate changes.
If your cancellation request is approved within the 24-hour timeframe, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We believe in the quality of our products, and we encourage you to try them for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If, after this period, you are still not satisfied, you may return your order within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used when placing the order.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to return your product.
Please Note:
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund.
- We do not accept returns for used, worn, or damaged items caused by normal use or misuse.
Damaged Items Policy
We take great care in ensuring that your order arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged due to a defect or shipping mishandling, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing hello@innervi.com with clear photos of the damage.
We will assess your request and determine if you are eligible for a free replacement.
Please Note:
- Damage to packaging (such as dented boxes) does not qualify for a replacement if the product inside remains intact.
- We do not replace or refund items that are damaged due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Shipping & Delivery Responsibility
While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, Innervi is not responsible for:
- Shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.
- Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
- Orders affected by force majeure events such as extreme weather, strikes, or disruptions.
If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier service directly for assistance.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please notify us within 24 hours of placing your order.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is shipped:
- We are unable to issue refunds or resend the order.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to have it re-sent.
