At Innervi, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — because carrying your toddler should be effortless in every way, including getting your product to your door.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it is handed to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your address.
During peak periods (such as holidays or major sales), order processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery time starts after your order has been dispatched. It varies based on your location and local courier operations. Typical delivery estimates are:

Order Changes & Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can result in delays or cancellations.
If your address is flagged by our system, we’ll email you within 3 business days to confirm it. If we don’t receive a response, your order may be cancelled and refunded.
To request changes to your shipping information, please email us at hello@innervi.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to make updates, but changes cannot be guaranteed after this window.
Delayed Delivery
We understand timely delivery is important to you, and we aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as shipped and handed off to the courier, it is no longer under our direct control.
If your package is marked as lost, missing, or stolen, we recommend:
