At Innervi, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders!

Order Processing Times


Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. Your order is considered dispatched once it’s handed off to our shipping carrier and on its way to your address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times


Delivery times depend on your location and start once your order is dispatched. See the estimated delivery times based on your country of residence:

🇺🇸 United States: 4-7 Business Days

🌍 Other countries : 7-15 Business Days

Please note that during peak times and holidays, shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control. For international orders, customs delays may also occur, which can extend the overall delivery time.

Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details


It’s essential to ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate details may delay processing or result in order cancellation. If there’s an issue with your address, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days of your order. If we don’t receive a response, we may have to cancel your order.

If you spot an error in your shipping details, please email us at hello@innervi.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes, but we can’t guarantee them after this period.

Delayed Delivery


At Innervi, we strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, or transit disruptions. We’ll work with the courier to ensure your package arrives as soon as possible.

Should there be any delays in processing or shipping due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll notify you promptly. Please understand that Innervi isn’t liable for delivery delays caused by external factors and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Lost or Stolen Packages


We know how frustrating it can be to experience lost or stolen packages. Once we hand your package to our courier, it’s out of our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at hello@innervi.com, and we’ll assist you in any way we can.

We recommend contacting the courier directly to file a claim if your package is lost or stolen. We’ll also follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated. Please note that Innervi isn’t responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, but we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.
