Cancellation Policy


If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, your order may already be processing, and changes might not be possible. If you cancel within 24 hours, we’ll process your refund within 7 business days.

60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We stand by the quality of Innervi products. We recommend using them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you’re still not happy, you can return the items after 14 days within the 60-day period covered by our money-back guarantee. Please note, any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it’s defective or physically broken. Damaged packaging that doesn’t affect the product’s condition doesn’t qualify as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, let us know within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at hello@innervi.com with a clear photo of the damage. We’ll determine if you qualify for a replacement at no cost to you. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we can’t be responsible for delays outside our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other shipping issues. If you encounter problems with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. We’re not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It’s the customer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we’re not notified within 24 hours of placing your order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
